born and raised on the North Shore of Kauaʻi. After studying in California and earning my Pilates certification, I came back home to teach and haven’t looked back. I’ve been an instructor for over two years, and my heart is fully in it.

I love high-energy movement, community, and creating spaces where people can feel strong, supported, and connected. I’ve always been surrounded by incredible women, and bringing people together through Pilates feels like the most natural thing in the world to me. My classes are equal parts sweat, fun, and party energy, and I’m obsessed with helping others feel good in their bodies.
